Welcome to the WAW Second Hand Shop

This is your one-stop destination for quality dog essentials at prices that are kind to your wallet and your conscience.

Every single penny raised goes directly to supporting the animals in our care at Wicklow Animal Welfare, so every purchase you make is a purchase with purpose.

Our shop is stocked with a wonderful mix of second hand and brand new items, generously donated by our incredible supporters and partner pet shops who share our passion for animal welfare. From sturdy leads and stylish collars to cosy beds and waterproof coats, we have something for every dog, whether they are a tiny terrier or a whopping wolfhound.

Our shop is lovingly managed by two dedicated volunteers who give their time so that more funds can go where they are needed most. Please note that postage is charged separately.

Whether you are a seasoned rescuer building up your kit, or a new dog owner looking for great value, you will find something to wag about here. Affordable, accessible and always adding new stock, the WAW shop is the feel-good find your dog has been waiting for.

  • We accept returns of unworn garments, tags attached, within 14 days of delivery.

  • Online orders have a typical processing time of 3-5 days before shipping. Shipping times will vary based on the option you select at checkout.

  • You can buy a digital gift card that can be used online or in person at our New York store.

  • Once we've received your return, please allow 7 days for processing. After we've released your refund, it may take up to 14 days to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

  • We'd love for you to come see us at our flagship location in New York at 123 Demo Street. We're open everyday from 10-4.
